Some experts also say that massaging the area regularly to increase blood flow can be helpful. After several months, you should notice that your scar has down-sized to a small white line.
Consider the potential scars after liposuction before surgery
Before you decide to have liposuction, you should have a complete understanding of the procedure and all the risks, however rare, that could occur. Although liposuction scarring is one of the first to come to mind, other potential consequences also warrant attention. These include the possibility of infection, blood clotting, a reaction to the anesthesia, and fluid loss. As with any surgical procedure, death can even occur. It should be stressed, however, that liposuction has proven to be a safe and effective operation for millions of people. Most patients are willing to live with some uncertainty during surgery, as well as the minimal scarring that results, believing these to be preferable to the excess fat that had once burdened them.
